How To Apply To Become a HeartSync
Qualification Intern:
Please be sure you have completed the prerequisites:
1. Completed the Basic Program
2. Received personal ministry from a Qualified or Certified HeartSync Minister to the point that you are comfortable connecting with your core parts, and working towards core synchronization. Meaning, that all of your core parts are in relationship with each other and Jesus. Your HeartSync Minister will need to fill out a recommendation form.
3. Participated in at least 1 HeartSync Level 1 Mentoring - Series (or prior to 2024, completion of a Basic Mentoring)

The Qualification Intern Fee includes:

Processing of your intern application ($250)
The application has 5 pieces:
- A series of questions including a personal healing journey for the intern to complete
- A HeartSync Minister reference
- A pastoral reference
- A background check
- Release forms
. Our Director of Training will review your application packet and meet for an intake interview.

Monthly 2 hour LIVE Intermediate Level Training with Bishop Andrew for a year ($550)
Gain direct training from the founder of HeartSync, Bishop Andrew. Each month we will unpack principles, answer questions and go deeper in community with each other. We switch up the dates and times to accommodate Interns across the globe. All meetings are recorded and made available on the Program Intern Membership Portal.

Access to the Intermediate Seminar Videos, Quizzes and Practice Test ($200)
Complete the video training and submit subsequent quizzes at your own pace.

Access to the HeartSync Video Vault for a full year (included)
Our Video Vault includes Mentoring teachings, past recorded seminars, demonstrations and more!

Access to Recorded Demonstrations of Bishop Andrew facilitating HeartSync (included)
View past recorded full-length sessions Bsp. Andrew has facilitated. Many watch and experience healing themselves, others watch to learn how Bsp. Andrew connects with the parts relationally or how he navigates different scenerios.

Periodic Check-ins with the Director of Training (included)
Meet with our Director of Training to check in about your progress as an intern, verify the tracking of your requirements, and get approved to meet with recipients (while observing the two person rule).

Online Tracking Sheet
As a Qualification Intern you will need to complete the following:
*Please note: the cost of the following requirements are not included in the intern fee
- 2 HeartSync Level 2 Mentoring Series ($150 each)
- 1 Specilaized Mentoring series ($150-$495 depending on the mentoring you choose)
- Intercede a minimum of 10 hours for either a Qualified or Certified HeartSync Minister (no cost)
- Complete 7 Practicums ($75-250 per practicum depending on the Practicum Leader)
- Once approved, Facilitate 30 hours with an intercessor present (no cost)
- Application for Approval ($1,000 or 4 payments of $260)

2 hours live with Bsp. Andrew
During the live online mentoring sessions, you will have space to ask questions and connect with other interns.

Access to the Video Vault
You will have access to a bank of past recorded seminars and demonstrations to watch at your leisure over the year.

Working with Guardians
Learn how to engage with Guardians relationally and create bridges for them to experience freedom in relationship with Jesus.

Hidden Guardians
Explore how Hidden Guardians are created and how they can come into relationship with Jesus and the other parts.

Understand Brain Science
We break down in lay terms what happens in the brain when a person experiences trauma and how Holy Sprit can heal the effects of that trauma.

Case Presentation
We will talk about situations that have come up and solutions to help in the future.
HeartSync has been one of the greatest healing modalities to engage all the parts of your heart, mind, soul, and spirit.

Having received HeartSyncs as well as being trained to minister them, I can say that the ministry process has been incredibly powerful in bringing healing to the whole heart. I have seen the hardest cases respond with powerful transformation.
I particularly love that brain science, attachment theory, and other clinical approaches are the foundations of this approach, because God is the God of science and He is a genius!
